Ingredients
Recipe Cut rhubarb into chunks, then place in saucepan with sugar and ginger and cook gently until tender but not mushy. Transfer to a shallow serving dish and allow it to cool. Meanwhile, whiz the Proud to be Ginger Nuts in a food processor and when they are crumb-like, add the melted butter and mix to combine. When the rhubarb is cool, sprinkle the biscuit mix over the top. Serve with thick cream & Enjoy! |
